Inkjet marking machine for leather soles. The system is composed of a controller with a built-in keyboard and a print head powered by 44ml or 220ml ink cartridges. The messages (up to 32) are edited on a normal PC implemented with a specific software, using all WIN95 fonts and formats, before being stored on a Smart Card. Very high resolution marking (up to 600 dpi); even multi-line texts with characters from 2 to 12.5mm high; all the main barcodes; extremely easy to import and print even very complex logos. Immediately interfaceable with host and other HSA-HP systems for Network configurations. All mounted on a base including a height-adjustable conveyor belt which can, on request, be supplied with a speed variator and encoder. This machine uses an HP printing system - advantage in terms of maintenance. Every time you replace the ink cartridge, you automatically change the most important part of the printing system, the head where the ink is sprayed, in this way with a negligible cost of around €30.00 you always have a new machine in its essential part. With the 44ml cartridge you can make around 10,000 pairs of prints on the sole, with a standard wording.
