Manual chamfering machine programmable by electronic keyboard, with patented cutting system that allows the processing of leather, tunith, micro, rubber and similar soles. Pneumatic cylinders have been introduced in place of the traditional mechanical springs, to guarantee the pressure to be given to the machine\'s transport roller. Furthermore, in this version there are other patented details, such as the blade heating system to be able to work rubber or similar materials. The machine is equipped with an innovative and exclusive automatic system that self-regulates the speeds between the transport roller and the matrix roller depending on the diameters. It works with left-right matrices where the shaping is made with a symmetrical design thus also reducing processing costs. Through the use of the electronic programming keyboard it is possible to vary the pressure of the sole transport roller, and memorize the cutting speed and the pressure of the transport roller depending on the article to be worked, obtaining decimal precision. Soles with a thickness of up to 10 mm can be worked. Equipped with a practical drawer for the scraps of the processed material and with specific front and rear centering devices, so as to allow the operator to always insert the sole in the same way. Easy to use and highly versatile machine, compatible with the use of various types of articles and materials available on the market.
