Machine built for the cambering of soles and insoles, processes such as anti-slip and various pressing. It is possible to use traditional molds on the market today, molds for Jordan processing and for Opanka processing. The pressing system is hydraulic and develops a power of 30.t. The piston descends from top to bottom, so as not to affect the stability of the sole. The hydraulic pressure is adjusted by independent external knobs and is indicated by pressure gauges. Other adjustments are managed and stored by a special programmable and easy-to-use keypad, for example the adjustment of the pressing time, and the piston ascent time, so as to be able to vary the return stroke. The machine is equipped with upper and lower heating, with adjustment of the temperatures set by the keypad and memorized for each article. NB: The machine is supplied without molds.
