Manual copying template pantograph Mod. P2000 with two variable speed electrospindles, complete with suction pump for locking the sole, complete with set of copying punches, supplied keys, use and maintenance manual and “CE” declaration of conformity. Machine description: this machine, using a special sensor controlled by the operator following the profile created on a special template, recreates this profile on the soles previously placed inside a shape which, having the external profile of the sole itself, determines its exact position on a suction plane, which will guarantee the seal of the sole by means of a depression created by a special vacuum pump. The machine has two electrospindles on which cutters with different profiles can be applied so that the desired profile can be recreated according to needs. The two electrospindles can be used separately if you need to create a first external profile with a very small cutter, with a diameter of 12 mm, and then finish working the entire internal surface of the remaining sole, with a cutter with a larger diameter of 30/50 mm, so that you can carry out the hollowing in as few steps as possible. Alternatively, when you only want to create an external contour hollow on the sole, you can use the two electrospindles simultaneously so that with a single step you can produce two soles at a time, thus doubling production. The machine, being manual, is considered by the operators who have used it, very simple, easy to handle and easily managed by even non-highly specialized personnel. A further advantage is given by its flexibility, even with production series limited to a few pairs per item, while still having the potential, given its practicality, to also deal with production quantities ranging from 30 to 100 pairs per day.
