Pantograph milling machine Mod. F4 3D Mini with two electrospindles with a suction area for positioning the soles, CNC machine for the production of pantographed soles, due to its versatility, it can be used both in production for the processing of soles and similar, and in modeling, without particular procedures. The system allows the processing of plastic materials, bakelite, aluminum and wood for templates and pressers, leather, thunit etc. Equipped with two heads, it allows you to perform milling, excavations, and other processes on the soles, operating on a flat surface but also with three-dimensional profiles. The two tools, housed on two electrospindles, can work on two soles at the same time (with the two electrospindles linked), or with a tool for contouring and another for emptying. You can work on a work area with a pair of soles, or with two soles of the same direction. For the tool change, an electronic sensor allows to automatically reset the height of the cutters. The centering of the soles is carried out by means of a fixed front “V” self-centering centering device and an adjustable rear “V” self-centering device, operated pneumatically, guaranteeing perfect centering at all times. A powerful suction pump blocks the material to be worked on the work surface. Management software developed in Windows environment and interfaceable with 2D and 3D Cad software. -Work area dimensions: 600 x 600 mm -Optional: On request the machine can be supplied with a “C” axis accessory
